Reporter Related Changes

Lets first talk about Reporters. Clicking them is now more rewarding for the Player. First of all because they now have a proper visual effect for despawning. Means: they don't just disappear anymore!

But there is more: if you click the Reporter before they've taken a photo you will get rewarded in form of thread mitigation.  This can help you to fill one or may even two trucks more per round. This depends on the spawn rate.
Talking about spawning: their spawn point is now completely randomized and the probabbility has been increased.

Besides that sending trucks will also affect the spawn chance of reporters. Sending a truck makes you suspicious and from now on the game will try to spawn reporters more often.

Other Changes

• Bribing the Police Upgrade has been removed (may will come back in a different in future)
• Splash Screen Added to the game
